Until the property market went quiet in the second half of 2014 and continuing still today, - all property professionals reminded us: “It’s all about location, location, location…” Now, while being still valid that LOCATION is important, it is certainly NOT THE ONLY factor for creating success in property investments. What I have seen (and my opinion seems to be close to the mark here) - if you seek success in property investment there are the following THREE issues to be analyzed:

Akhirnya kehilangan momentum, harganya udah pada naik.

Normally they stand out by their poor strategy in buying property without doing research first. They are going to buy a property because the prize seems to be cheap or their friends have bought some plots in that area. After that often confusion sets in and they don't know what best to do with their new acquisition. If they want to sell, nobody wants to buy.

We can turn around the bush for a while before making this statement, but honestly there are only 3 basic reasons why properties don’t sell, or take a really long time to sell.
