I am very happy to work with Ubud Property. And will definitely continue to work with them. The team is complete, friendly, and fast working. I also got various inputs about the property. For Mrs. Asti, Mr. Rangga, Mrs. Gladys, Mr. Kevin, and the entire team who helped, thank you very much

Ubud Property have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Nefvi helped us view several lovely villas, all in our price range, understand how property sales and leaseholds work, chose the perfect one, worked through negotiations, and represented us on signing day due to us not being able to travel to Bali in time. Everything was stress free and easy with Nefvi. I would recommend Ubud Property to everyone and will use again in the future! Thank you, Nefvi!!

We have bought several villas in Ubud through Dede. He is a very helpful and friendly real estate agent, listening carefully to what you want and working hard to find it. Dede’s networks, strong ethics and Ubud Property’s strong governance processes are second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending him and Ubud Property

Great service! Two thumbs up for Ketut Ariyasa. He’s very helpful. Quick response, professional, punctual and the most important thing is he make sure that all legal documents and process are done right. He’s still helping us along the way and we’re more than happy to keep contact with him. Will definitely go to Ubud Property for our next purchase.

Cannot recommend Ubud Property enough especially for people outside of Bali , they are so we all researched and show you options only as per your requirement. We had Ari as our Agent and point of contact. He went above and beyond to help us find our property and was so so helpful. He really guided us well and helped us everytime we were confused. Always responded to our calls and messages and also respected our time. Full marks!! Highly recommend :)
