Expanding the Plant-based Community
The Bali Vegan Festival was established by Down To Earth Bali in 2015 with the aim of inspiring people to choose a healthier, compassionate, ethical lifestyle through plant based eating. Now in its third year, the festival hopes to fuel a global movement by joining a number of progressive–minded communities around the world who host plant-based festivals from Nigeria to Romania.
The festival is open to all, proud vegans, vivacious vegetarians, omnivores, flexitarians and the vegan-curious. We hope that through expert education, cooking demos’, talks, fantastic vegan products and community discussions we can expand the plant-based community and spread the message of one peaceful world through nutrition.
Inspiring a Cruelty-Free Lifestyle!
“If slaughterhouses had glass walls, we would all be vegetarian.” ― Paul McCartney
The Bali Vegan Festival seeks to unite the community and spread a message of kindness, compassion and love for animals and the earth. We are dedicated to the proposition that World Peace and universal consciousness starts with each of us cultivating an inner sense of compassion for ourselves and others.
We believe in nourishing the body and soul through organic plant-based food, yoga, meditation and promoting a healthy, cruelty free lifestyle.
