Villa Leasehold


Villa leasehold is a form of property ownership in which an individual or entity has the right to use and possess a villa for a specific period, but full ownership of the villa remains with the landowner or original owner. The party with usage rights pays a sum of money to the landowner in the form of rent to access and use the property for an agreed-upon duration.
Several documents required for the listing process:
  1. Copy of Land Certificate
  2. Copy of Lease Agreement (if any)
  3. Copy of building permit & drawing
  4. Copy of road access agreement (if any)
  5. Copy of the latest land & building tax
  6. Copy of construction tax receipt (can follow later)
  7. Inventory list (if owner would like to keep some items in the villa)
  8. Electrical, plumbing, septic tanks drawing in the property (can follow later)
  9. Receipt of payment of electricity
  10. Receipt payment of internet
  11. Receipt payment of telephone
  12. Copy Owner ID (KTP, Family Card, Passport)
