Villa Freehold is a form of property ownership in which an individual or entity has complete and unrestricted ownership rights over a villa. In other words, the owner of the villa in freehold has the right to possess, use, and transfer ownership of the villa without being concerned about time limitations or lease contracts. In villa freehold ownership, the owner has the right to retain the villa for as long as desired and can even pass it on to successors or heirs.
Several documents required for the listing process:

1. Copy of Land Certificate
2. Copy of building permit & drawing
3. Copy of road access agreement (if any)
4. Copy of the latest land & building tax
5. Copy of construction tax receipt (can follow later)
6. Inventory list (if owner would like to keep some items in the villa)
7. Electrical, plumbing, septic tanks drawing in the property (can follow later)
8. Receipt of payment of electricity and water
9. Receipt payment of internet
10. Receipt payment of telephone
11. Copy Owner ID (KTP, Family Card, Passport)
