From the very beginning, the house was built with sustainability principles in mind.  Eco-Mantra assisted with providing an enviromentally sustainable design scheme consisting of the following features: (i) a 4.5 kW solar panel with net metering; (ii) a rainwater harvesting system with 2 x 4,000 liter ground tanks where the rainwater is treated and used for clean water; (iii) a waste water treatment facility where grey water is used for landscape irrigation; (iv) numerous recharge wells throughout the property; and (v) wiring for an EV (electric vehicle) charging station system.  The house also comes equipped with a Honda 5.0 kW electric generator powered by gasoline, and for safety a fire sprinkler system rests above the ceiling of the main house and studio.

The house is offered on a semi-furnished or fully-furnished basis.  A careful selection of quality equipment and materials have been procured to create high comfort and convenience.  The air conditioning system in the main house is ducted which provides for cleaner aesthetics and superior cooling.  At the request of the owners, all the interior spaces must be able to be completely enclosed, yet the house retains the flexibility of open-plan living when the soundproof YKK Nexsta aluminium sliding doors are fully open. The built-in kitchen and bathroom countertops all use the Neolith brand from Spain, and the wooden finishing on all built-in furniture uses the Lamitak brand.
