Land C is vacant & the lease can be extended beyond the current
expiry of 2030.

The villa is made up of 4 main buildings.
Building 1; kitchen/dining/living/office/staff room/bathroom & storeroom with ricefield views.

Building 2; 2 level main bedroom. Sitting/dining/open bathroom with 2 person bathtub on ground level, bedroom above with ricefield view.

Building 3; 2 bed/2 bath mirror layouts. Open bathrooms. One bed facing the ricefield & one bed facing the garden.

Building 4; 2 level, 2 beds/1 open bathroom. Lower level bedroom faces the garden & villa temple. Upper bedroom faces the ricefields.

All rooms have ceiling fans. Bedrooms have aircon. with cable tv.

Other ancillary buildings are; staff kitchen, laundry/store room, staff bathroom/store room & staff bale.

The lap pool has shallow resting platforms at each end to lie or sit. A sun terrace with bale one end & a 2 level massage hut sitting in a pond at the other end all with ricefield views.

You can walk thru the ricefields & a quiet street & in 40 minutes you arrive at the southern end of Monkey Forest, stroll around the outer edge of the forest into Ubud or be driven into Ubud.

Current booking agencies & villa website allow for renting villa on a bedroom basis that allows use of villa but you share the living/pool areas or book the whole villa for private use.
